Employee Passwords

There are two ways to reset your password. If you have Duo setup, we recommend you use Option 1.

Option 1

Follow the link below for instructions to reset your password with Duo.

Option 2

  1. Contact your onsite tech or the Help Desk(801-610-8003) for a reset claim code.
  2. Visit the Employee Password Portal with your acquired claim code and click on “Claim My Account” to reset your password.
