EMI Health is a nonprofit organization, which was founded by teachers in 1935. Alpine School District offers contracted employees a choice between five medical plans available through EMI Health. Three tiers are available: employee only, two-party or family coverage (3 or more). Our district sponsored Care Plus-Plan 4 is free for full-time contracted certified employees for single, couple and family coverage!
As a component unit of the State of Utah, the URS provides retirement and insurance benefits exclusively for Utah public employees. They serve more than 200,000 members and about 470 public employers, including the State of Utah, its local governments, school districts, higher education, and more.

Alpine School District does not sponsor Dental. The dental benefits are administered by Alpine Education Association. Alpine Education Association administers two dental companies, TDA and EMI Health Dental. All dental questions and dental enrollment forms should be directed to Alpine Education Association.
